📦 Denton BBQ Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Denton BBQ! We’re committed to delivering your gear, goods, and great taste as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's what you need to know:

🛍️ Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the type of product. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

📦 In-Stock Items

Products we carry in-house (like BBQ accessories, swag, or merch) typically ship within 2–3 business days from our Denton, Texas HQ. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves the building.

🖨️ Print-on-Demand Products

Items such as custom apparel, mugs, and select merch are made to order and fulfilled by third-party partners. Please allow 5–10 business days for production, in addition to shipping time. These items may ship separately from other items in your order.

📬 Delivery Time Estimates

• Domestic Shipping: Usually arrives within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

• International Shipping: Times vary by country and may take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and local carriers.

🚚 Split Shipments

If your order includes both in-stock and print-on-demand items, they may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive individual tracking info for each.
